Corrosion damage of borehole equipment is a serious problem and huge financial losses for the oil and gas industry. Annual global financial losses are estimated at $2.2 trillion and those in our country are at $6.7 billion by estimate in 2015, while a quarter of those losses can be avoided using science-based corrosion protection methods.

The product Anti-corrosion module – ACM  is designed to improve the efficiency of oil production in difficult conditions and combat corrosion in the tubing string (tubing) / production pipes, the casing string of an oil and gas well and downhole pumping equipment (DPE) of oil and gas wells, as there is a struggle with paraffin and salt deposits.
The product is completed with elastic brush disks, which provide equalization of potentials of the downhole pumping equipment with the casing string. An additional purpose of the brush assembly is to dampen the radial oscillations of downhole pumping equipment in the well with the filtering effect of mechanical impurities entering the pump flow path. The body of the product ensures safe installation, operation and prevents the ingress of mechanical impurities from downhole pumping equipment and tubing to the bottom of the well
